Okay. Rephrase.

Dudes do not giggle if they've never done it before. Yes, some dudes will giggle [Good Lord, Elijah, drop the other testicle], but others do not. Either their voices don't go that high, or they just don't fuckin' giggle.

And especially not at your Larry Stu.
