Rough Cut vs. Pilot?

A question for all you Studio 60 nerds [of which there are already many, I'm sure]. Are there any major differences between the rough cut of the pilot [the one with the big "Main Titles and Music to Come" bit] and the actual pilot? I have both downloaded, but the actual pilot has shit audio. If it's different, I'll find another version. If it's not, I think I'll stick with my rough cut.
