LaBruxiaGirl's Drabble (Dom/Billy) LOTR RPS

beizy coralled me into a chat last night, and inbetween watching threesome fic get written, there was drabble lust from LaBruxiaGirl, so I raised my virtual hand and offered my services. If the girl has an lj, I don't know what it is, but I'm sure someone will tip her off this is here.
Billy’s hands on his waist as they dance is unexpected, and Dom wonders briefly if Billy is at the cuddling phase of drunk.
"You drunk?" He has to shout in Billy's ear to be heard over the music.
Billy presses the front of his body against Dom and leans in towards his ear. "No." He licks the earlobe, but before he can pull away, Dom has him in a wet, hot, hungry kiss.
Dom stops kissing Billy long enough to give him a look that is half glare, half sex. "It's about bleedin' *time*."
Billy laughs into the next kiss.
