Alright, this is totally unrelated to this particular fic, but I gotta say how much I love your CSI Nick work (although I think you've stopped writing CSI, right?) "Enduring" was just so painful (in a good way) because Nick is so broken and Gil is so helpless.
"The 3 things Warrick Brown didn't do..." (Nick/Warrick, post-GD) was something different, and just as heart-breaking. Especially the last segment. Amazing how you do it when we don't even see Nick, just the worry and stress Warrick builds up. Breath-taking.
Fics these unforgettable deserves due credit (even if my comment is overdue by 2 years). Here's hoping you'll get back to writing CSI! And if you do write more Nick stuff, a good place for fanfic appreciation is the lj comm oh_no_nicky (http://community.livejournal.com/oh_no_nicky/)
