If you're a comics fan, I hope you've at least heard of "Fables". If you're not a comic fan, you really need to browse through the trades of "Fables" the next chance you get. Seriously. It's beautiful stuff.
Also, in the first five issues there's the perfect set up for a completley physical and sexual relationship between Jack of the Tales and Bigby Wolf*. I maintain Bigby manhandles Jack entirely too much for it to just be platonic.
There also needs to be an HP/Fables crossover wherein Jack and Draco have a long, dark night in an incredibly plush room while Bigby and Snape have a long, dark conversation about the things that men do when they don't quite feel like men. Or perhaps a touch of Bigby/Remus, work the wolf angle.
On a seperate comic note, "Preacher" is officially the bloodiest comic I've ever read in my life, and that makes me love it on a level I can't quite explain. I think, perhaps, it has something to do with my love of well-done blood splatter in television and movies, and that I've now seen how well-done blood splatter can look in a comic. I'm a bit sick in the head, I think.
*Please disregard the picture of Bigby up on Wiki. It's not his best artist.
