This week has not started well.

Got up early today to get Comic Con tickets only to not be able to load the page. "No big," I thought. "I'll crawl back into bed for an hour and check again." That hour turned into three hours, and I woke up at 12:20. When I was supposed to be in class at noon. Prioritizing for comic con, I checked the site again before even brushing my teeth.

The servers got fucked, and tickets won't go on sale until at least the 8th.

But they're still available, so that's something.

So, having decided to give up on my first class today (and I'm starting homework in about 20 minutes so I don't feel like a total jackass), I got on TV Tropes and looked up "Generation Kill" and have realized that Ray, off Ripped Fuel, is apparently calmer. Except that I read a couple of interviews with actual Ray, and he comes off pretty damned near the same. So I find myself confused. Not that it's a huge deal, as the Gen Kill I'm writing is lying it wait, but still. It bugs me. I need to finish the book.

So, that's my day so far. It's wonderful, no?
