It was so much fun to come up with Rule 24. I can't even tell you. And you know, if Jenny had been consistently a hard ass (as I was trying to portray her here), I'd have probably LOVED her. Because then there wouldn't have been all that wishy-washy "Oh, Gibbs, I love you, but I hate you, but I love you!" shit that went on, and she'd have just been awesome. I was watching "Chimera" the other day (first time seeing it), and I went, "Hey! I like THIS Director Sheppard! Where's she been?"
