I can only assume it's one of those things that was defined in pencil but got lost during ink and color. I'm willing to give a pass on it once, given the massive rush that went into launching the new DCU.
I think I need 60s gloves to complete my look, the ones that come just above the wrist, and I'm getting a chunky white belt to finish it off. God, I need to get stitching. I've only got the first two inches of the skirt so far. I can't wait to see your final shots!
