My first instinct is to say "Charlie" for some reason. Seriously, he's the best at all the sports and in brainpower. He needs a really obvious allergy. Oh, notice how he ALWAYS drinks water on the show? Maybe... um... hold on a minute...

If not Charlie, then... um... I dunno. *blinkblink* I dunno if you do Doctor Who, but I want to see the Doctor allergic to something very prevalent on earth. Eating dinner with Rose's family and he suddenly turns purple and feels sick due to an inane allergy, yeah?

Dude, lots of Doctors are aesthetically pettable. Personally, my Seven plushie is looking a little worn around the edges, but that's because I think he's adorable.

Bug is supposed to be allergic to chocolate in canon, but a season or two after the show where they reveal that, he eats a brownie or something, so who knows?

Hmm...if there's a really sorta white-bread character (like, er, Woody), you could have them let slip that they're allergic to something like, I dunno, 'Pop My Cherry' Flavored Body Paint, and then everyone pesters him about how he found that out.

(Personally, I'd love to see Warrick allergic to something, complete with stuffy nose and watery eyes, and he gets just downright miserable over it. And I'm not sure why, except for that I never read good Warrick fics, and I'm pretty sure you would do it well. XD)
