Inspiration always comes close to home

The Crescent Hotel in Eureka Springs, AR is considered one of the most haunted places in the country [if you believe in hauntings, which I do]. I was actually there for a wedding last week, and it's a lovely bit of work. For all the hell it's been through, it was definitely built to last. And of course, halfway through the rehearsal, as I stood there in pumps and a summer dress, I realized that if the Peter and Egon ended up anywhere on an ill-advised vacation, they'd end up there.

leaper182 will have had her requests filled. No worries, nix_xon, I haven't forgotten about you. I just haven't been on a sailing ship.
