Hey, at least you named something I'd written. :)

1. Guy almost played baseball instead of football, but then he realized it would mean he'd have a bat in the house, and he was scared what his dad might do with it.

2. Guy took AP Calc to stay on first-string. He wanted to take Algebra 2, but Coach threatened to cut him to second-string if he didn't take Calc. Guy asked why Coach didn't make that demand of the rest of the team, and Coach told him it was because he knew Guy could do it.

3. Guy and Tommy were actually real friends back in freshman year, but Tommy's general assholishness made Guy dislike him over time. Guy's only stayed his friend because they're both football players, and because he thought Tommy would grow out of it.

1. Kyle's only been out for about a year, but he's comfortable with himself because he came out to his mom when he was 13, and she took it in stride. So when he came out to his friends, he was expecting the same sort of acceptance. It didn't quite work.

2. Kyle's had one boyfriend. It lasted four months, and the guy was a terrible kisser.

3. Kyle not only takes art classes but teaches a couple on the weekends to really young kids. His art teacher pays him a little and also reduces the cost of his classes so that he can continue to work on his art.
