I love looking at people's icons, but I don't always *get* them - I often wonder stuff like, "Who's that guy?" or "Where's that quote from?" but I tend not to ask, for various reasons. So come on, here are my icons. Pick one (or more!) you're curious about, and I'll try to explain it. Or at least explain what I like about it.

It's a "Scrubs" icon. Perry is on the one with his arms crossed and Ben [played wonderfully by Brendan Fraser], is his oldest friend in the world.

In the episode where the shot is taken from, Ben pops in to see everyone, and there's a moment where he and Perry gaze into each other's eyes, then start leaning in. They're about an inch away from each other when Perry starts laughing and pulls away.

Ben's response is to pump his fists in the air and shout, "Yes! I am the kind of GAY CHICKEN!"

So, basically, it's like "Chicken", where instead of cars aiming for each other, it's two men seeing who will pull away from the kiss first.

Every week, House and his minions gather up in a conference room in front of the white board and list off symptoms while House scrawls them out. I kept waiting for one of his minions to ask to buy a vowel. The lovely aj_raffles made me the icon by request.

I recognize all of them, yaye, but Nigel should always get more airtime. So I will ask why you have a Nigel icon.

Probably just because he's the sex, neh?

The Nigel icon was a gift from julianlee because, well, Nigel really *is* too easy to slash. He just puts himself *out* there and kind of says, "Hey, you, sex me up."

It's also a reference to one of the greatest bits of dialogue in the history of the show: Nigel and Woody's discussion of whether Devan's attractive.

WOODY: Whoa. I don't need to know what makes your dough rise, Nigel.
NIGEL: But I do so love to tell you.

After Woody flees the lab in terror, Nigel does his classic crossed-arms smirk, shakes his head, and says, "Too easy."
