No Writing make Perpet...something, something

I tried to write last night. I full-out *tried*. I got about a half-page into an idea for Drunken!Charlie on Larry's lawn and ended up tossing it out when Charlie kept thinking Larry was the voice of God. [He was *really* drunk.]

So, then I started fiddling around with the beginnings of a "CSI: Miami" piece that would end up Delko/Ryan, but a page in, and it was total cliche. [Delko gets the bends. Ryan sits with him outside the chamber. Delko wants to know why Ryan always seems to be staring at his ass. Easy-to-track hilarity insues.]

In short? My brain is not working.
The worst part? I have an 8-10 page paper rough draft due in a week.
Shit.

And did you see Monday's CSI: Miami episode? Delko and Ryan so totally had a lover's spat. ;) Heheh.

I'm not even a big Delko/Ryan fan (I miss my Speed!) but after that episode, I was just like, "Wow. Talk about lover's quarrel, there." Mwahahaha.

Fear not. The well is not dry, it's just terribly clogged. And the plumber refuses to do anything about it until I start working on my crappy paper.
