Shot in the ass!

Obviously, I have watched the white supremecist episode of SVU. I have the following things to say:
1. I am utterly in love with this episode for one very important reason: The white supremecists said all the words white supremecists say. Having grown up in an area rife with KKK and other such people, I've heard most of those words used before quite freely. I was very glad that the producers and the writers decided not to pull punches when it came to language.
2. I was exceedingly happy that Marcia Gay Harden's character was a Fed and still a southern woman. The idea that all racists and white power nuts are from the south and incredibly uneducated is part of the reason racism is still so prevalent today. Yes, there are racist southern people, but not all of us are. And yes, there really *are* racists in New York City who dress well, and there are racists who look the part, and just because you're north of the Mason Dixon line doesn't mean there won't be people around dying to use words like "coon" and "spic".
3. I liked that everyone freaked out on the dad and told him he was brainwashing his kid. I think it's the kind of emotional reaction you'd get in that situation, and I much prefer it to the somewhat-aloof response to racism I've seen on televsion [usually just a snide remark or a holier-than-thou smirk].
4. John Cullum's first ammendment attorney character maintains as one of my favorites. He openly admits to hating what the man says, but he still believes he should be allowed to say it. I love that. It's exactly how the first ammendment should be viewed, and I love that they have a recurring character on the show that comes back with that same view no matter the case. And I loved him for calling out the judge, because the judge *was* letting his personal feelings get in the way of his job, and someone needed to say something.
Munch! Bullet! Fin! AHHHHH!!!!! There love is so fuckin' cute! It's not right for them to be so adorable!
"Wanna kiss and make it better?"
Oh, John, you know he does. You're his Jew!
And who else got all excited when Fin shook hands with the Fed and said, "We're cool."? The way he said it, ahhhhhh. Ice-T has a way of delivering his lines in such a delicious half-purr. It freakin' kills me.
But, back to the slash.
Munch. Fin. Fig shakes. LOVE. LURVE. You so know Fin is helping Munch into his pants to go home, right? So. In. Love.
And now, let's talk Stabler/Huang.
Eliot's finally getting a divorce! Bet I know where he goes.
And how cute were he and Huang when they were herding the kids off the bus? Huang chasing after the one kid was just *great*.
And B.D. Wong is *short*. I didn't realize it until he was standing between Eliot and Cragen.
OMG. I wish Marcia Gay Harden's character had had a chance to insult Huang. You know he would have been all "Bitch, please. I am so much more badass than you."
But, again, because it must be said. Munch. Fin. Ass. Trust Munch to get shot in the one place where he has the body fat to handle it.
Munch/Fin 4evah!!!!!sex!!!!
