Wanna Get Ficced?

Okay, I know I'm a touch behind in my reading, but I'm still fairly certain that Danny Rand and Peter Parker are, if not the exact same age, no more than a couple of years apart [Danny Rand is currently 34; Peter is probably between 30-32]. Which begs the question, how can Danny Rand, at age 8, be playing with a Spider-Man action figure?
