He looks like Simon Cowell. They didn't zoom in on Richard's passport. I figure he must just look goofy and James's hair brings more laughter. Or, lack of hair, really.
It's one of the race episodes. I'll be uploading it sometime tomorrow, probably get it up on Thursday. It's 5.8, if you want to go looking for it on the internets.
He looks so...boring with his hair like that. It doesn't fit him at all. God, the blackmail potential Hamster could have had, had he not flashed it to the camera.

I also like when the Mums are testing the small hatchbacks and they find Hamsters headshot and he's got JAMES HAIR. It explains why his hair is always sticking up in different directions - it's actually sort of curly when it's long.
