michellek issued a challenge in her journal to take the first line from one of her fics and drabble it. She said we could use any interpretation of a drabble we want. I only know one. It's 100 words.
He took psychology classes in college. He can rattle off information on sexual deviants and social outcasts. He can speak calmly about chemical castration, the cycle of violence, and the number of women who are raped or murdered or both everyday. He can read through a file once and throw together a profile that becomes the jumping off point to finding the bastard responsible for scarring a four-year-old girl for life.
Yet, when he gets one kiss from a recently divorced beautiful man, he can't find a thing in his books or in his brain to help him understand it.
