Someone posted on a comm asking if it was kosher to talk about The Stig in the form of Ben Collins (I'm a couple series behind on TG, so I'm not sure exactly how big the explosion was with Collins announcing he was their driver), and the response from the people in the comm was, "Dude, have fun! If you're writing Ben, that gives you drama! If you're writing Stig-is-a-magical-alien-thingy-weird-shit, you don't even need Ben!"
Seriously, TG fandom, TEACH THE INTERNETS COOLNESS.

The only person who could conceivably be pissed off about it was Jeremy, but really, they're all pretty sensible people (when they aren't on television) and Collins had some really nice things to say about all of them. (He particularly said adorable things about James...)
