Wanna Get Ficced?

So, I was looking up Linda Hunt on imdb (Hetty from NCIS: LA) because I know she's done a lot of films, and I want to watch something tonight. I went one her trivia page (as you do) and found out that she's been with her female partner since 1987. I say "partner" because that's how it's stated on imdb, but CBS refers to Hunt's partner as Hunt's spouse, and you know what? That makes me really happy. It's part of a single line:

Hunt lives in Los Angeles with her spouse of 22 years, Karen, and their three canine kids.

And it makes me happy because it's stated just like all the other bios. No more or less than anyone else gets, and with absolutely no fanfare. It's so nice to see, you know?
